Dairy-free/Vegan Labneh


1 whole cup of Original Yoggu!

Juice from a large lemon

1/2 tsp sea salt


In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix together until well combined

Pour mixture into nut mylk bag. Resting ontop of a mixing bowl, place into a sieve.

Cover the bag with a clean dishtowel and place in refrigerator.

Let sit for 24-36 hours to allow excess liquid to drain through. The more time given, the thicker your labneh will be.

Remove thickened mixture and place in a clean glass container and refrigerate for up to 7 days.

Enjoy alongside sweet and savoury dishes.
